Every stage happens on our own lines in Zhongshan. Nothing is brokered out to a factory you have not seen.

Three ways to work

OEM
You bring the design, the pattern and the material specification. We produce it as specified.
ODM
You bring the requirement. We develop the pattern and the construction, you approve the sample, we produce it.
Private label
Your brand, your labelling, your packaging, produced under your name.

Brief to shipment

  1. Brief

    You send the article, fabric, size range, quantity per colourway and destination market.

  2. Sampling

    We cut and sew a first sample on our own sample line. Seven days.

  3. Approval

    You approve the sample, the lab dips and the trims. Nothing enters production before this.

  4. Production

    Fifteen to twenty days, depending on the fabric.

  5. Inspection

    Pre-shipment inspection against the approved sample, to the AQL you set.

  6. Shipment

    Cartons marked to your instruction. Documents issued to match the shipment.

Four points of control

Quality is checked where a defect can still be corrected, not only at the end.

  1. Incoming material

    Fabric and trims checked against the approved specification before cutting.

  2. In-line

    Checked on the line while a batch can still be corrected.

  3. End-line

    Measurements and construction checked against the approved sample.

  4. Pre-shipment

    Final inspection before cartons are sealed, with the report issued to you.

What the lines will carry

A minimum of 1,000 pieces per colourway keeps a first order small enough to test the market. Monthly capacity of one million pieces means the repeat order does not need a second supplier.

Screen colour is indicative. The final shade is approved from a lab dip before production, which is why the minimum order is counted per colourway.
